Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan combine orange juice, lemon juice and lime juice then bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until reduced to 1/2 cup. Let cool 15 minutes then transfer to blender. Add all other ingredients except the olive oil, salt and pepper then blend until smooth. Add olive oil until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and blend.
