Directions:

  1. Mix refried beans, onions, cilantro together, add the cheese. Mix well. Start adding the picante sauce until your desired consistency is reached (some people like thicker bean dip; others, a little thinner).
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Serve with chips, celery, pita, and/or baby carrots.
