Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place beef and Chorizo in Slow cooker. Break up with fork to form small chunks.
  2. Stir in beans and tomatoes. Cover cook on low for 7 hours.
  3. Skim off and discard excess fat before serving
  4. Before serving top with a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle with shredded cheese
