  1. Heat oven to 325.
  2. Beat eggs, oil and sugar in large bowl. Sift flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Add melted chocolate or cocoa to egg mixture along with dry ingredients and zucchini and nuts.
  3. Cook approximately 1 hour. Cook on rack.
