Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1-3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  2. Add buttermilk with vinegar.
  3. Mix dry ingredients and alternate with creamed mixture and zucchini.
  4. Add chocolate chips and nuts on top then bake at 425 for 45 minutes in a rectangular pan.
