Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup plum, chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cream butter with both sugars.
  3. Beat egg, vanilla, and peanut butter into the butter mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, & oats.
  5. Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips, pecans, and dates.
  7. Bake in a greased 13 x 9 in pan for 30 minutes.
