Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a microwave jug.
  2. Heat on medium heat (50%) for 5-6 minutes stirring every 2 minutes.
  3. Add a handful of walnuts, pecans or nuts of your choice and stir well.
  4. Pour contents into a foil lined tray about 200mm x 250mm.
  5. Refrigerate until cool.
  6. Turn out, remove foil and slice.
  7. Enjoy.
