Chocolate Caramel Walnut Fudge

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate pieces with sweetened
  2. Condensed milk and salt.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts, caramel topping and vanilla. Spread evenly into foil-lined 8 or 9 square pan.
  4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Makes about 2 pounds.
