Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup skim milk (you may need more)

Directions:

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.
  2. Mix together wet ingredients.
  3. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until moist.
  4. Let mixture rest for 30 seconds.
  5. Spoon onto a hot griddle.
