Chocolate Chip - Oat - Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Heat oven 375°F
  2. Mix sugars and butter until creamy. Add egg and vanilla.
  3. Sift in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. On a low speed combine oats, chocolate chips, raisins, and optional nuts.
  5. Drop on sheets and flatten tops.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes.
