Chocolate Chip and Walnut Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 60 g walnut pieces

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter, sugars and vanilla.
  2. Add lightly beaten egg gradually, beating well after each addition.
  3. Mix in sifted flour and salt.
  4. Add Chocolate and walnuts.
  5. Shape teapoonfuls into balls and place on lightly greased oven trays.
  6. Bake in Moderate Oven for 10-12 Mins.
