Chocolate Chip and Coconut Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Place cubed bread in a well buttered 9x13 baking pan.
  3. In large bowl combine all remaining ingredients until well mixed.
  4. Pour liquid mixture over bread making sure all of bread is submerged.
  5. Let sit for approximately 1 hour.
  6. Place in oven and bake for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool.
