Broccoli and Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • 310 g mushroom
  • 336 g broccoli
  • 1800 ml water
  • 1 dash black pepper

Directions:

  1. Whist water and soup powder together in a pan and heat, adding the broccoli and mushrooms.
  2. Add the black pepper, simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
