Ingredients:

  1. STEP 1 COOK PORK FILLET
  2. Combine soy sauce, red wine, honey, sugar, crushed garlic and thinly sliced spring onion bulbs, (keep leaves to one side)
  3. Lightly sprinkle Cinnamon onto pork (both sides), marinate a minimum of 1hour (4hrs is better), basting frequently
  4. Drain pork from marinade, reserve marinade, put pork on wire rack over baking dish.
  5. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour, basting with reserved marinade regularly.
  6. Remove from oven, allow to cool and cut pork into thin diagonal slices.
  7. STEP 2 MAKE STOCK
  8. Place frozen chicken breast into steamer, microwave for 12 minutes, remove and allow to cool. Then cube the chicken and keep to one side.
  9. Boil the 6 cups water, add all stock ingredients MARKED WITH #
  10. Simmer with lid to one side for 5 minutes.
  11. Remove pan from heat, strain stock to container, discard heads.
  12. Now add to the container, the sliced spring onion bulbs.
  13. Chopped spring onion leaves
  14. Chopped bok choy
  15. Chopped spinach leaves (remove thick centre stalk)
  16. STEP 3 TO COMPLETE
  17. Replace container onto the hotplate on high. Add chicken, prawns and noodles for 5 minutes.
  18. Use large soup ladle to spoon from container into soup bowl.
  19. Add chopped fresh hot chilli, pork slices and corriander.
