Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook sausage until it looses its color.
  2. Add celery, onions, cole slaw mix, and bean sprouts to sausage.
  3. Sprinkle soy sauce over top.
  4. Saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Drain and cool.
  6. Put 2 tbsp. of meat mixture in the middle of each wrapper.
  7. Fold and seal with water.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet.
  9. Drop the egg rolls into oil and fry until wrapper is golden brown.
  10. Serve with your choice of sauces.
  11. *If you are not frying right away, cover with a damp paper towel to keep from drying out.
