Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 portions of cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp of minced garlic
  • 1 finely sliced chilli pepper (optional)
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of finely sliced scallion

Directions:

  1. In low heat saute garlic, chilli and ginger until soft and fragant
  2. Add egg, scramble until done
  3. Add rice, keep stirring
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce pepper and salt
  5. Make sure you mix everything well, every grain of rice has to be coated with soy sauce, taste
  6. Add scallion, mix again , serve hot
