everyone loves fried rice, this is one very simple home made fried rice
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 portions of cooked rice
1 tbs of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 finely sliced chilli pepper (optional)
3 tbs of soy sauce
1 tbs of oyster sauce
pinch of salt and pepper
1 cup of finely sliced scallion
Directions:
1. in low heat saute garlic, chilli and ginger until soft and fragant
2. add egg, scramble until done
3. add rice, keep stirring
4. add soy sauce, oyster sauce pepper and salt
5. make sure you mix everything well, every grain of rice has to be coated with soy sauce, taste
6. add scallion, mix again , serve hot
