  1. Toast noodles, almonds and seeds in about 2 T oil in skillet. Set aside. Combine lettuce, onions and chicken. Sprinkle crunch mixture on top.

  7. /2 t black pepper
  8. T vinegar
  9. /2 c salad oil
  10. Blend
