Chinese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz cashews/sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tblsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix together all salad ingredients
  2. In a seperate bowl blend well the dressing ingredients
  3. Pour dressing over salad when ready to serve
  4. Eat and enjoy!
