Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add salt and pepper to the meat, drizzle with oil and grill in skillet.
  2. In large bowl mix olive oil, parsley, salt, black pepper, chili piquin , garlic and vinegar.
  3. Whisk well, refrigerate.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  5. Wrap each potato individually in foil.
  6. Place in baking pan until done, approximately 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, cut lenght wise and add cream, bacon and chives.
  8. Once T-bone has been grilled on both sides to a medium consistency serve with bake potatoes and chimichurri sauce.
