Directions:

  1. Process tomatoes on LO to desired consistency; set aside. Brown ground beefwith onion, green pepper and garlic; drain. In large saucepan combine beef mxture and remaining ingredients except chili beans; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans; simmer until thoroughly heated.
