Directions:

  1. Fry ground beef,and crush with fork,while frying.Toss in green peppers,onion,garlic and mushrooms and saute for about 1 minute with beef. Pour meat mixture,and remaining ingredients in a large pot,stir all together.Bring to a boil and taste,cover and cook on medium for 1/2 hour,stirring frequently,cover and simmer on low for 2 hours,stirring occasionally.
