Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º
  2. Beat eggs till lemon colored
  3. Whisk in flour,baking powder,salt,cottage cheese and Monterey Jack cheese
  4. Blend till smooth
  5. Stir in chiles
  6. Pour into a greased 9 baking dish
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
  8. Bake for 20/25 minutes till center is firm and lightly browned
