Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp powdered ginger (fresh ginger would probably be even tastier)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (fresh garlic would probably be even tastier)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients. If time allows marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined pan (for easier cleanup) and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
