Ingredients:
20-25 chicken wings, thawed
1 c water
1 c soy sauce
1 c granulated sugar
1/4 c oil
1/4 c pineapple juice
1 tsp powdered ginger (fresh ginger would probably be even tastier)
1 tsp garlic powder (fresh garlic would probably be even tastier)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. If time allows marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 350. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined pan (for easier cleanup) and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
