Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put oil, chicken and onion in fry pan or wok turn to quite high stir constantly till done 6-8 mins
  2. Add vegy's stir 5-6 mins
  3. Mix water, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and ginger in bowl.
  4. Dump in frypan stir till all coated and slightly thickend
  5. Serve over rice.
