Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 onion, sliced
2 tabs mongolian fire oil
1 tab minced garlic
3 carrots, sliced
2 celery, sliced
5 mushrooms, sliced
1 cup snow peas
1 cup sliced green cabbage
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tab cornstarch
1 tab sugar
1 tab minced ginger
Directions:
1. Put oil, chicken and onion in fry pan or wok turn to quite high stir constantly till done 6-8 mins
2. add vegy's stir 5-6 mins
3. mix water, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch and ginger in bowl.
4. dump in frypan stir till all coated and slightly thickend
5. Serve over rice.
