  1. Throw everything into crockpot.
  2. Season with taco seasoning, additional cumin, cilantro and seasonings of your choice. Could also add onion and celery if desired.
  3. Cook low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
  4. Garnish with additional tortilla chips or light sour cream.
