Chicken Tenders In Mushroom Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken, then coat with flour.
  2. Melt 1/2 C. butter and 1/2 of garlic in skillet. Saute chicken in garlic and butter.
  3. Remove chicken and place in baking dish with remaining melted butter and garlic.
  4. Put onion and mushrooms in skillet and cook till tender. Pour over chicken.
  5. Pour broth over chicken. Bake at 325°F for 35 min uncovered. Stir occasionally.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
