Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken breasts and eggs in separate pots, each for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, dice celery and green onions. Place in a large bowl.
  3. When eggs are hard-boiled, peel off shells, dice coarsely, and add to the bowl.
  4. When chicken is cooked, let cool sufficiently and hand-tear into small pieces, adding them to the bowl.
  5. Combine all ingredients and add enough mayonnaise to make the salad.
  6. May be eaten immediately but is even more delicious after refrigerated for a day.
  7. Serve on its own or as a sandwich.
