Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

  • 8 cup broth
  • 1 1/2 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cup noodles

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken breasts first. Then sauté carrots, celery, & onion in oil until the onion is tender. Add broth & bring to boil. Add chicken, simmer for 10 minutes, add noodles, and simmer for another 15-20 minutes, until veggies are tender & noodles are done.
