Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the coriander, garlic, egg, Chicken Stock and spices.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties, either in finger shapes, or mould around skewers.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan or grill,
  4. Cook the kofta for 7-10 minutes until done.
