Directions:

  1. Mix yoghurt, curry powder together and marinade the chicken for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat water in a pan, add the vegetables, simmer until they soften.
  3. Add the chicken/yoghurt mix, cook until chicken done.
  4. Serve immediately with rice/naan bread.
