Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Coat chicken with flour.
  2. Brown chicken in melted butter.
  3. Remove chicken.
  4. Add mushrooms, and onion to pan and cook till tender.
  5. Stir in cream, wine, salt, garlic and pepper. Stir to blend well.
  6. Return chicken to pan.
  7. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
  8. Remove chicken again.
  9. Stir 1 Tbls flour with the 2 tbls of water in a cup or small bowl.
  10. Slowly add to pan, stirring constantly until thick.
  11. Return chicken to pan till heated through.
  12. Serve over noodles or rice.
