Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brush bottom of a 13 X 9 X 2 pan with oil.
  2. Mix Parmesan cheese, Bisquick, oregano, paprika, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken in the mixture and arrange skin side down in the pan.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes in a 425 degree F. oven.
  5. Turn chicken, divide chili sauce among breast halves and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake until melted, about 5 minutes longer.
