  1. Heat oil and cook onion until softened and browned
  2. Add chicken until sealed
  3. Add curry paste and fry for 2 mins
  4. Add tomatoes and 200ml of water
  5. Cook for 30mins until chicken cooked through and sauce has reduced slightly
