Directions:

  1. Place chicken in a large pot.
  2. Add all ingredients
  3. Bring to boil cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
  4. Serve over top of potatoes or rice.
  5. Note: For Gluten free use gluten free soy sauce and gluten free tomatoes.
