Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 -2 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add butter, hot sauce and lemon juice.
  3. Heat and set aside.
  4. Place chicken in baking dish and sprinkle basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  6. Serve with side of fresh green beans, and wild rice.
