Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

  1. Steam carrots and broccoli and set aside.
  2. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and add onion and garlic.
  3. Cut chicken into bit size pieces.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned on all side
  5. Stir together the bouillon and water and add to pan, bringing to a boil.
  6. Stir together the cornstarch and soy sauce until smooth and slowly add to skillet while stirring ( clumps may form, i usually use a whisk for this part)
  7. Add the bean spouts and cook until tender.
  8. Add the broccoli and carrots and coat with sauce.
  9. Great over rice.
