Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix shortening, sugar and eggs.
  2. Stir in sour cream.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
  4. Fold in cut-up cherries, coconut, rind and flavoring.
  5. Drop on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
