Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Directions:

  1. Cream the shortening, sugar, eggs and milk.
  2. Add the flour and baking powder.
  3. Add the 1/4cp flour with the blueberries in a separate bowl, then add to the mixture.
  4. Put into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
  5. Cool completely and dust top with powder sugar.
