Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the tots on a baking sheet according to package, usually around 18 to 20 mins.
  2. While the taters are cooking saute up the bell pepper, onion, and if you like (I didn't) the jalapeno.
  3. Pull out the tater tots when done and either leave them on the baking pan, pour in a baking dish, or (as I did) into 4 single serving baking dishes. If you choose to leave on the baking sheet, make sure you scoot them all close together.
  4. Top with the onion bell pepper mix, jalapenos and tomatoes. Top with as much cheese as you desire and broil for a couple of minutes just to get the cheese all bubbly :) Pull out top with green onions and dig in!
