Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat with onions in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking up the meat. Drain any fat. Return to skillet.
  2. Stir in cheese and salsa; cook on medium-low heat until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  3. Spoon into rolls just before serving. Nice served with vegetable crudites.
