Cheesy Potatoes and Taco Meat

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
  2. In large skillet - brown ground beef
  3. Add onions and green pepper to ground beef - cook 5 minutes until onions and peppers are soft
  4. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water - cook 5 minutes
  5. Add 1/2 bag frozen corn and 1/2 bag hashbrown potatoes - cook 5 minutes
  6. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray or line with aluminum foil - pour taco meat and potato mixture into 13 x9 pan
  7. Put cubed pieace of velvet cheese into taco meat/potato mixture
  8. Bake for 30 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and stir to mix in melted velvet cheese - serve and enjoy
