Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is np longer pink.
  2. Stir in the rice, broccoli and cheddar cheese.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9 X13- inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake. uncovered, at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until heated through.
