Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 2 quart casserole with cooking spray.
  3. Combine rice,salsa,velveta and chiles. Stir.
  4. Spoon into casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkly shredded cheeses evenly over top.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
