Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup. of skim milk
  • 1 tbsp. of hot pepper sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp.of chopped fresh parsley 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup. of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup. of chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup. of chopped celery

Directions:

  1. First you wan to take some olive oil in a pan over medium flame.
  2. Next you can add in the onions, carrots, and the celery, cooking for several min. Then add in the broth.
  3. Let this cook to a simmer about 15 min.
  4. Then you can mash this adding the cheese, milk, and hot sauce over low heat until melted.
  5. Salt and pepper.
  6. Ladle up and serve.
