Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (24 oz) jar pace picante sauce

Directions:

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients together over medium high heat.
  2. When heated well, cut velveeta into 8 cubes and add into the mixture, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add picante sauce, and heat through before serving.
