Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together, cheese, green pepper, garlic, parsley, green onions and ham.
  2. Add mayo to bind and shape into a ball, being careful not to make mixture too wet.
  3. Roll in crushed walnuts and cover.
  4. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers.
  6. I decorate ball with lots of fresh parsley.
  7. Looks and tastes yummy.
