  1. Measure all first 5 ingredients and mix in a large bowl.
  2. Stir thoroughly, make well in center.
  3. In a small bowl, mix egg,milk and oil, pour into well.
  4. Stir only to moisten.
  5. Batter will be lumpy.
  6. Fill gresed muffin pans 3/4 full.
  7. Bake in 350F oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
  8. Serving it warm is best.
